Welcome to netfick.org. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and netfick ("we," "us," "our," or "netfick.org") governing your access to and use of the netfick.org website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

netfick.org provides an adult-oriented social networking platform designed for consenting adults to connect, communicate, and share content within a private community. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without prior notice.

The Platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by netfick, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

The "netfick" name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of netfick or its affiliates. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on the Platform ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant netfick a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with the operation of the Platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall netfick, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  1. Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform.
  2. Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform.
  3. Any content obtained from the Platform.
  4. Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NETFICK EXPLICITLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE PLATFORM IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in England and Wales for the resolution of any such dispute.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
